1. Power output part: It is one of the main components of pneumatic tools, mainly composed of pneumatic motor and power output gear. It relies on high pressure compressed air to blow the motor blades to make the motor rotor rotate, output rotating movement externally, and drive the whole operation form to transform part of the movement through the gear. According to whether the stator and rotor are concentric, pneumatic horse pneumatic motor can be divided into concentric motor and eccentric motor. According to the number of air inlet, it can be divided into single air inlet motor, double air inlet motor and multiple air inlet motor. In the automobile manufacturing industry, because there are many ways of thread connection, most of them are rotary motion, and of course, there are linear reciprocating motion. For different types of pneumatic tools, the operation form transformation part is mainly divided into mechanical clutch and planetary gear set, friction plate clutch and planetary gear set, hydraulic cylinder, torsion bar and hammer block set, etc. The above components are important components based on rotary motion, which determine the torque, speed, tightening accuracy and other important parameters of the pneumatic tightening tool. Because of its constant clutch, pressure or torque change, its components are vulnerable to damage;
3. Air inlet and exhaust passage: obviously, the air inlet and exhaust passage is the relevant passage for compressed air in and out, and is the energy supply system to ensure the normal movement of the motor;
4. The movement start and stop control part, that is, the commonly described pneumatic switch, is easy to be damaged because it is always in direct contact with the operator and external objects, and many engineering plastic products;
5. Energy supply part: compressed air is mainly formed after the air compressor compresses the atmosphere, and is transmitted to the relevant gas and electricity by compressed air pipeline in a pulsating shape;
6. Air filtration and air pressure regulation: Because compressed air is usually transported through pipes made of seamless steel pipes, corrosion on its inner wall, moisture and dust in compressed air will continue to form during long-term use. If such compressed air directly enters the pneumatic motor without any treatment, the service life of the motor will be greatly shortened, resulting in insufficient and unstable power output of the whole tool, which is easy to cause the damage of the motor and other parts. Therefore, compressed air filtering and regulating devices must be set between the compressed air delivered by the pipeline and the pneumatic tool, and the pneumatic triplet takes on the task. The pneumatic triplet is mainly composed of air pressure gauge, filter, oil mist filter, pressure regulator and other parts. The filter has a built-in filter element, which should be maintained, cleaned and replaced regularly after a period of use;
7. Tool accessories: the tool accessories here refer to the tools installed on the body of the pneumatic tool and directly contacting with the workpiece. The pneumatic triplet is responsible for this task. The pneumatic triplet is mainly composed of air pressure gauge, filter, oil mist filter, pressure regulator and other parts. The filter has a built-in filter element, which should be maintained, cleaned and replaced regularly after a period of use; If such compressed air enters the pneumatic motor without any treatment, the service life of the motor will be greatly shortened, resulting in insufficient and unstable power output of the whole tool, which is easy to cause damage to the motor and other parts.
