1. Before use, the operator needs to carry out a series of trainings on the structural principle of the main and auxiliary parts of the tool, working performance, precautions for use, and daily maintenance;
2. Check whether the air pressure of the pneumatic triplet is 6.2bar before use, if not, it should be adjusted to 6.2bar;
3. Check whether there is sewage and impurities in the triple filter, if so, it should be drained in time (usually once a week);
4. Check whether the air hoses and joints are leaking or loose, in case the compressed air pressure entering the pneumatic tool is not enough;
5. Check whether the pneumatic tool itself and pneumatic accessories are connected reliably to prevent damage or injury during high-speed operation;
6. Non-pneumatic tool accessories shall not be used on
pneumatic tools;
7. During use, it should be handled with care, and should not be operated with illness, let alone thrown, thrown, dropped, smashed and all kinds of unreasonable use;
8. After use, the dirt on the surface of the tool should be cleaned in time, and oil should be filled in time for maintenance;
9. Regularly (usually 3 months) disassemble tools, clean and replace vulnerable parts to ensure that they are always in good condition;
10. For pneumatic tools that can no longer be repaired and have reached the end of life, they cannot be used continuously to prevent affecting product quality and injuring users.
