If the cylinder head does not rotate, but the cylinder still works, it is because the ratchet pawl is worn. The fit gap between the head and the ratchet yoke becomes larger and leads to weak links. If the cylinder bank does not work, it may be caused by blade wear. Replace the damaged parts. If the fit clearance between the head and the ratchet yoke becomes larger, additional corrugated washers can be added to reduce the clearance. Tips for maintenance of pneumatic wrench Compressed air should be clean and free of moisture and sweat. Please use air filter. The pneumatic wrench shall be lubricated before and after use:
1. Please unplug the high-pressure air supply before lubrication.
2. Press the trigger and add 3-5 cc pneumatic tool lubricating oil from the air inlet.
3. Connect the high-pressure air source, start the tool back and forth, rotate for 20 seconds, and the lubricating oil will be discharged from the exhaust hole (do not aim the exhaust hole at the human body to avoid injury).
4. It must be maintained every three months. All parts should be inspected and cleaned. When not in use, it should be stored after adding lubricating oil to prevent the machine from rusting.
