• Simple structure, and easy to use.

• Suitable for steel plates with complex shapes.

• High processing efficiency, not requiring to fix the steel plate.

• Good R-angle dimensional stability.

• The labor intensity of the operator is greatly reduced.

• The dust is significantly reduced and the working environment is obviously improved.

Precautions:

• Please install the device on concrete with sufficient thickness and connect the main power cable of the unit to the circuit breaker of the switchboard.Power supply shall be equipped with a circuit breaker with a capacity greater than AC400V and 30A.

• The spindle rotates at 3000rpm (50Hz), 3600rpm (60Hz), not supporting the variable-speed mode. The variable-speed type is optional, allowing to change the feed speed. When 2R is processed at (0-6 m/min), 2-4 m/min is recommended.
